Washington Home Inspector Continuing Education Information
Home inspectors in the State of Washington are not licensed as home inspectors. However, since performing a home inspection may include reporting about pests or conducive conditions, home inspectors in Washington should be licensed by the WSDA as an SPI. It should be noted that there is debate over the need to be licensed in Washington and there are numerous "unlicensed" inspectors in Washington. Legislation has been introduced to license home inspectors in Washington. i-Course is not approved to provide continuing education for Washington home inspectors.
