Home inspectors are not regulated or licensed in the State of Iowa. No information could be found online regarding future licensing, though past attempts have failed. There was a bill introduced in early 2003 that made it out of committee but failed to make it into law. Iowa has no continuing education requirement or state legislation, so i-Course classes are good for you to maintain your professional membership requirements.
