Florida Continuing Education Information
On June 28, 2007, SB 2234 was passed which will require licensure of home inspectors and even mold remediators. The bill doesn't take effect until July 1, 2010. There will be requirements for pre-licensure education and it will require 14 hours of continuing education every two years. There is no further information available at this time regarding education.
