Arizona Board of Technical Registration Information
Home inspectors in Arizona are licensed by the Arizona Board of Technical Registration as of January 1, 2002. Arizona inspectors must inspect to the 1992 ASHI Standards of Practice with Arizona made modifications and amedments. Click here for the AZ standards.
Certification by the State of Arizona requires that you obatin a minimum of 80 hours of classroom education, that you pass the National Home Inspection Examination, and that you conduct 30 parallel inspections in the presence of a certified home inspector.
